While at PwC, I helped build a Guidewire agent portal for a mid-market insurance client. I coordinated between project leads from multiple workstreams to prioritize features for our first major release, and worked with our developers within sprints to understand and tackle roadblocks. At various checkpoints, I helped conduct usability testing with our agents to ensure we implemented all the features they needed.
